Working software
Designed and built a strategy execution platform covering OKRs, programme plans and product launches, using AI-assisted development.
AI-enabled delivery & transformation
AI lets us take on work that would often need a wider delivery or operations team. The difference is that it is guided by experienced judgement, not left to run on its own.
How we use AI
We use AI to research, analyse, write, build and automate. That expands what one experienced consultant can deliver, without asking a client to fund a large support team.
But AI is never left to work blindly. Our Product Delivery and technology experience is what makes the approach effective. We give AI specific instructions, provide the right context, check assumptions and review outputs before they're used. It's much like directing a junior member of a delivery or operations team: brief properly, review the work, challenge what's wrong and take responsibility for the result.
We decide what needs human judgement, what can safely be automated and when something needs further checks or client approval. Accountability stays with us.
Examples from recent work
These are things we have designed or delivered using AI as part of the working approach, not speculative use cases.
Designed and built a strategy execution platform covering OKRs, programme plans and product launches, using AI-assisted development.
Set up AI agents to support recurring tasks including delivery trends, action tracking, progress reporting and tested software changes.
Produced more useful executive reporting from live delivery sources, showing readiness, risks, blockers and progress over time.
Built product management tools and practical playbooks to help non-technical colleagues use automation with approval steps and safeguards.
A standalone service
We can also lead a structured AI adoption programme. That means finding where AI will genuinely help, setting sensible rules and giving people the confidence and tools to use it well.
We've established a company-wide AI programme from the ground up, including governance, enterprise tooling, an internal champion network and a pipeline of more than 20 use cases.
Practical arrangements
Clients provide the agreed AI accounts and tools, with appropriate access and permissions. We work within the client's security and data-handling requirements.
All work is directed and reviewed by Osprey TDC. Automated activity is limited to what has been agreed, with human checks and approvals where needed. Engagements are based on an agreed day rate and scope.
