About Lois

Product leadership with hands-on delivery experience.

Osprey TDC is led by Lois Coulthard, a Product Delivery leader and consultant with 15+ years of experience helping technology businesses deliver and grow. My background includes a $60m+ cloud-native product programme and global leadership spanning Product, Operations and Delivery teams.

I have led Product Owners, Delivery Managers and UX and Design teams, with delivery responsibility spanning up to 20 development teams internationally. My product leadership experience covers product strategy, roadmaps and prioritisation, connecting customer needs and commercial goals with the work teams deliver.

That experience includes overhauling release management, implementing CI/CD and leading strategic changes to product operating models. Through Osprey TDC, I bring that experience to Product Delivery improvements and company-wide programmes, working directly with executive teams and the people delivering the change.

I established and now lead a company-wide AI adoption programme, combining governance, tooling decisions and an internal champion network with hands-on tools and automation. The programme includes prioritisation, adoption tracking and spend management.

I work with leaders to prepare for growth, strengthen Product Delivery and lead strategic programmes. Engagements can provide focused consulting, fractional leadership or ownership of a defined programme, with scope, days and commercial terms agreed upfront.

Based in Hampshire, I work remotely with UK and international clients, with occasional agreed travel to London and the South. Fees are day-rate based and available on enquiry.

Days and hours can be adjusted around your team and time zones. Fractional and project-based engagements are offered outside IR35, with working arrangements and contracts agreed accordingly.
